dc.description.abstract |
This paper describes about a new way of vehicle
speed detection which uses computer vision and image
processing techniques. The paper proposes how we could use
a real time video stream and calculate speeds of vehicles that
are present in the video, by overcoming issues like partial and
full occlusions. Also this paper contains descriptions of each
module of the proposed system and their functionalities. |
